I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, those undergoing life transitions, and anyone dealing with the challenges that these can present. I work with children, teens, and adults; individuals and couples; and members of both the religious and LGBTQ+ communities.

I have a master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and have been working with families and children for more than 25 year, doing therapy in private practice for the last five and a half. I find that what works best can vary from one person to the next and use an assortment of techniques from various therapeutic models, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 Trained), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI Practitioner).
